Major Responsibilities:
？ Bachelor degree of electrical or electronics engineering required
？ 电气或电子工程本科学士学历
？ At least 5 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, preferably automotive.
？ 五年以上电气维修工作经验或相关技术工作经验
？ AutoCAD capability preferred
？ 能使用AutoCAD尤佳
？ Able to understand PM & TPM
？ 熟悉PM & TPM
？ Able to understand & program PLC (Modicon, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens), CNC experience is plus
？ 了解并能进行PLC编程(Modicon, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens)有CNC工作经验尤佳
？ Be familiar for the technology of Servo,Inverter
？ 熟悉伺服、变频技术
？ Be familiar for simple Analog electronic circuits
？ 能够分析简单的模拟电子电路
？ Good personal communication skill
？ 良好的个人沟通技巧
？ Self motivated, strong responsibilities
？ 自我激励，强烈的责任心
？ Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls
？ 能够全面了解工业液压、气动和控制系统

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
？ Help to manage and maintain integrity of maintenance group.
？ 协助管理和完善维修团队
？ Provide electrical spare part inventory .improve plant component cost reduction
？ 制定电气备件清单，降低工厂电气备件成本
？ Maintain, troubleshoot and repair production machines.
？ 生产设备的现场实时维修
？ Update and standardize the electrical side of preventive maintenance
？ 更新和标准化电气方面的PM内容
？ Building and implement training plan in electrical side for technician
？ 建立和执行电气方面的培训计划
