1.Bachelor degree educational background in electrical and mechanical and minimum 5 years experiences in plant facilities system maintenance and engineering;
2.Strong technical knowledge to trouble-shooting, familiar with maintenance the basic factory equipment(such as air compressor, cooling and chiller systems, plant lighting，HVAC,HV&LV distribution room Management);
3. Work well under pressures with short deadlines and least supervision. Have knowledge in respect of EHS;
4. Systematic and analytical thinking and good at English writing and reading;
5. Good skill on communication and Teamwork player;
6. Qualified by local government and get electrician certificate (high and low voltage) and PC skills.

Job Responsibilities：
1、Facilities machinery to conduct routine surveillance on facilities and its expected performance and recorded them.
2、To produce reports based on monitoring of critical parameters of facility systems and equipment including but not limited to power supply system HV&LV distribution room Management, Chillers, Cooling Towers, plant lighting，HVAC,RO Water System, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Prevention Pumps, VRV, VFD, Motors, Sprinklers, Kitchen Equipment and compressed air System.
3、Make and carry out maintenance plan to conduct periodic and preventive maintenance for facility systems and equipment.
4、Be engaged with supervision of outsourcing sub-contractor and alteration commissioning to assist the Facility supervisor in leading and carrying out testing commissioning of all facilities system and equipments.
5、To assist the Facility supervisor in producing and reviewing testing commissioning reports of all facilities system and equipments.
6、To provide high quality and timely service to internal customers and promote and enforce Machinery Safety among customers, contractors and others.
7、Make and carry out maintenance plan to keep electricity power system, compressed air system, air conditioning system, cooling and chilled process water system etc. running in good situation.
8、Make monthly energy consumption report and find out energy saving solutions and document maintain.
9、 Construction project management & Department purchase order releasing.
10、Other work orders from Facility supervisor.
