Major Responsibilities:
？ Manages the quality for the plant (Suppliers / system / production / customers) and the quality team;
？ Responsible for following the quality system (ISO TS 16949);
？ Responsible for the quality of the products for the customers;
？ Improves the quality performance within the plant;
？ Responsible for stopping the production when products are defective or non conform and obtain corrective action necessary
？ Continues improve and develop quality team capabilities
？ Report to divisional quality director and GM about plant quality performance and system development status and take the lead for correction process for any non-conformity

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
？ Master degree with major in quality engineering/methods
？ Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
？ Knowledge of total quality tools (5M, SPC,6 Sigma..)
？ Excellent interpersonal skills
？ Good presentation skills
？ Pragmatic and good sense of analysing
？ Energetic, Tenacious, Rigorous
？ Negotiating skills
？ High capacity of work and high availability
？ Team development skills
