Major Responsibilities:
？ Design & Validate Packaging Materials for products to meet the customer requirements
？ Design the container for internal transfer
？ Create & Distribute Packaging Specifications for Operations
？ Support the design of material storage and flow
？ Support Eng, PC&L, Manufacturing and Purchasing on New product Launches
？ Lead & Support MCIP & I&CIM Activities
？ Provide Technical Support to GSM on Supplier Packaging
？ Work with Indirect Purchasing to develop local Packaging Material Supply base
？ Implement Strategies to meet International & governmental regulations
？ Coordinate Packaging Activities with other Regions
？ Package improvement for both raw materials and finish goods.
？ Package Standardization and Package P-FEMA design
？ Support new project flawless launch under budget

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
？ 5 years or above experience in packaging in Auto industry
？ Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
？ Good English both written and oral
？ Good communication skills
？ Familiar with Ford/GM/VW/BMW package and labeling requirements
？ Good analytical and problem solving skills.
？ Organized and disciplined
？ Open and positive.

Experience:
？ Experience in Auto industry
？ Good experience with package improvement
？ Good experience with package standardization
？ Experience with basic logistic knowledge
？ Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt etc.)
