Responsibilities

-The HR manager develops, plans and coordinates all HR activities within the Chinese organization and is the guarantee for both, compliance with national as well as with Corporate HR requirements

-Staffing and Recruitment. Responsible for the entire recruitment process in China.

-HR services and advice for managers and personnel. HR accounting and preparation payroll China.

-Maintenance of the OM / HR system on local and global base for China. Maintenance of Organization charts.

-Labour law related issues. Staff planning and reduction, Union discussions and negotiations. Responsible contact person to the employer association.

-Competence development. Coaching, advising accordingly to the result of Performance appraisal and development plans for China. Salary / wage planning in close cooperation with APAC and Corporate HR.

Required Qualification

-University or equal program for HR/ business administration.

-5 years from an international company with a complex organization.

-Management skills and experience of business processes.

-Labour law knowledge and negotiation skill.

-Intercultural knowledge.

-English (written and spoken).
