职位描述
Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication. Be the key point of contact for customer SQE or Purchasing staff with regards to quality matters. Build good relationships with customer contacts.
2. Customer Complaints. Ensure that customer complaints are reported and taken actions in a timely manner. Lead 8D activity to ensure good root cause analysis and effective corrective or preventive actions. Carry out verification of effectiveness of actions taken
3. Internal quality driven. To drive internal quality improvement based on internal quality performance
4. NPI. Participate in Design or Gate reviews ensuring that customer quality requirements are captured in the NPI plan and are properly translated into manufacturing requirements.
5. Process Control. Participate in development of FMEA and Process Control plans to ensure robust process controls are implemented to ensure customer requirements are met.
6. Project data collection and analysis. Setup and maintain project database, include internal DPPM, customer feedback… then feedback to internal team and do related improvement
7. Customer audit. Lead customer process audit and visit, join system or EHS audit to fully understand customer's requirement
Education and Training
1. College degree or above
Experience and Skill
1. At least 2 years experiences in quality management
2. Good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001
3. Familiar with quality and analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D, control plan and etc.
Personality and Competency
1. Good written or oral English
2. Good communication skill and customer oriented
3. Good sense of color
4. Good office software operation
5. Good reporting skills
