职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责ARTWORK每日工作的分配、检查和监督, 文件的管理、存放；
2、负责MJC、菲林、柔版、树脂版的接收，并作好下一道的交接工作；
3、负责对其它部门、人员的沟通协调；
4、制定和统一制作PROOF、分色出版等技术方法；
5、工作中出现流程、技术等问题要能及时解决；
6、使达成率及准确率达到并且超过要求；
7、5S的管理及日常考勤。
Education and Training:
大专以上学历,平面及图形设计相关专业。
Experience and Skill:
三年以上相关印刷行业印前设计及管理工作经验，能胜任复杂印刷工艺的印前设计及输出指导工作。
Personality and Competency:
1．英语良好，对英文图纸及机械图纸有较强的读图识图能力；
2. 精通Illustrator、Photoshop平面设计软件，能熟练进行电脑分色，熟练使用Autocad、Acrobat、Coredraw等软件，熟练使用PC机及MAC机；
3. 对artwork 工作流程非常了解，能够对流程中出现的问题及时的分析和解决；
4. 精通artwork 制图软件和硬件，对软件和硬件出现的问题及时处理；
5. 具有应用新技术、新方法的能力；
6. 具有对新员工的系统培训的能力；
7．具有对其它部门沟通协调的能力；
8．具有团队的领导和管理能力；
