Job Requirements 职位要求:

– 3-5 years sales and marketing experience preferably in Chemical or Electronic industries;
– Experience in adhesive tape business is definitely an advantage, but not essential;
– Degree or Professional Diploma holder, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering;
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
– Good command of English language, both oral and written;
– Good PC (MS-Office) skills.

To support the customer in his/her responsible market segments like LCM, TP, FPC, Antenna, Battery, Speaker industry:
Integrate with and support the company plans;
– Manage the achievement of Long term and annual sales, expense plans;
– Develop and update market knowledge;
– Maintain current knowledge of customer and competitor activity;
– Develop and manage the marketing plans for the assigned market segments FPC, Antenna, Battery, Speaker industry;
– Develop and manage account plans;
– Develop and manage product plans;
– Develop and manage promotion plans;
– Assess area for new markets;
– Solicit new customer sales;
– Closely monitor and report on competitive activities;
– Ability to solve the technical issues;
– Deliver technical training to customers/distributors/internal employees;
– Identify Product voids, assess and initiate identification, segregation and appropriate corrective action;
– Lead, develop and motivate the team members;
– Other duties and projects as required.
