岗位职责：
Job Responsibility:
主要工作职责为负责工厂制造工程、以及设备设施的管理与提升
Main responsibility is Manufacturing Engineering, equipment, facility management and improvement
1. 通过对设备、设施的故障处理、维护和管理，以及现场技术问题的处理，提高设备利用率、
减少生产停机时间、提高产品合格率，达成公司绩效目标（安全、品质、效率、成本与交期）
Improve facility utilization, reduce down time, achieve products pass yield and company’s goals and targets(Safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery) through improve facility troubleshooting, maintenance, management, and onsite problem solving.
2. 制定公司生产相关的工艺标准，包括车间现场布局规划、物流规划、产能规划，生产流程规
划、标准作业指导书的制定等。
Setup company production process standards; include workshop layout, material flow, capacity
planning, production process planning, and Work Instruction formulation, etc.
3. 负责全厂设备和设施的维护保养计划编制、实施与设备、设施改造，新设备的选型、导入、
安装和调试，以及设备、工装、夹具、工具、以及备品、备件管理
Responsible for the equipment and facilities maintenance plan, implement, and improvement, facilities, equipment selection, import, installation and debugging, as well as the equipment, tooling, fixtures, tools, and spare parts, spare parts management
4. 负责本部门的安全管理及培训（包括但不局限于生产工艺、设施、设备、以及操作过程的安
全隐患评估和预防与管理）
Take charge for department safety management and training (include but not limited to production
process, facility, and equipment potential safety issue assessment and prevention)
5. 主导公司级别持续改善活动；包括安全、质量、效率、能源、设备、工装、布局、工作条件等的改善与提高
Lead company level continue improvement: include safety, quality, productivity, energy, equipment, tooling, layout, working conditions, etc.
6. 支持公司新项目的导入，负责新产品SAR之后到量产阶段的导入
New product introduction supporting, take responsibility from new product to volume production.
7. 负责生产线新、老员工的培训与资格认证
Production line operators training, certification.
8. 负责所属部门的成本、费用的管理和年度预算，以及下属员工的绩效管理
Department cost, expense, budget management, subordinators KPI assessment.
9. 上级安排的其它工作事项
Other tasks arranged from high levels.


任职资格：
Qualification:
1. 大专以上学历。机械及电气等相关专业
College degree above, mechanical and electrical or related major.
2. 10年以上相关工作经验，对冲压、电镀、电泳、电焊、缝纫、织带、组装等相关设备和工艺有较为深刻的认知，有设备、动力及厂房设施的管理经验
More than 10 years working experience, experiences for stamping, electroplating, electrophoresis, welding, sewing, webbing, assembly process and relevant equipment, good knowledge of building and power facilities.
3. 具备很强的生产线技术支持和生产线问题解决的能力
Strong production line problem solving and technical supporting capability.
4. 具备丰富的工艺持续改善、效率提升、成本控制及精益生产的经验
Good know for process, productivity, cost continue improvement, and lean manufacturing experience.
5. 诚实正直、吃苦耐劳、认真踏实、开朗自信、思维敏捷、工作严谨，责任心强，具有良好的服务意识团队合作精神做事果断，能承受一定的工作压力
Work in high press, high sense of responsibility, can do spirit, team player,
6. 熟练使用电脑办公软件（word、 excel、power-point），会AutoCAD制图，能看懂英文的设备说明书
Good knowledge for office, like Word, Excel, Power-point, Auto CAD, basic English read skills.
7. 英文良好者优先，但不是必要条件
English good is preferred.
