职 位/Position： 会计Accounting and Cash Manager
工作地点/Location： 昆山/ Kunshan Jiangsu
汇报对象/Reporter： 财务总监/Financial Controller
工作职责/Job Responsibility：
Ensures the financial documents for the creation of accounts and processing of financial transactions come out on time with accurate
Handle full set of accounts, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable independently
- Declare to tax office to pay tax
- Responsible for monthly account settlement, consolidation and reporting
- Prepare monthly accounts and various management reports
- Coordinate with auditors on annual external audit
- Responsible for the preparation and verification of internal management reports
- Liaise with external parties and government bureaus on accounting and tax matters
- Assist in workflow process and enhancement
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and report as required from time to time
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or relevant certifications such as CPA- 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting in international corporation, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong customer-focus
- Results-oriented person with growth potential within the company
- Leadership: capability to lead its teams (set objectives, measure progress, challenge team members)
- Good organization and planning
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
