Key accountabilities:
? Can hold any position in his Group area with the “best quality”
? Coordinates work within Group area
? Protects Teams from variation (missing tools, parts, breakdowns, ..)
? Ensures Safety
? Ensures Quality
? Ensures production plan is fulfilled
? Ensures Standardized work (writes job instructions, trains, coaches, audits, improves)
? Manage improvement ideas process
? Monitors Group performance
? Leads daily briefings with Team Leaders
? Leads problem solving activities
? Ensures Manpower planning and efficiency
? Manages absenteeism and turnover
? Performs individual interview of Team Members and Leaders
? Takes care of training matrix and plan
? Preferably works shifts
? When absent, the Group Leader is replaced by his best Team Leader

Qualifications:
Education background of engineering /electrical /mechanical diploma

Experience (number of years, seniority level, nature):
More than 3 years working experience in shop floor management

Expertise areas:
Master 5S,Lean manufacturing

2002年5月在跨塘成立了新的公司－维苏威赛璐珂陶瓷（苏州）有限公司。该公司是属于维苏威集团玻璃部，维苏威的玻璃产品为玻璃工业提供以下产品：用于玻璃熔炉衬里的熔融浇涛砖，用于浮法玻璃的锡槽砖、过渡辊及退火窑辊，平板玻璃水平钢化炉用赛璐珂陶瓷辊。许多产品也用于玻璃窑炉的构造中。因此与用于钢铁浇涛的耐火材料相比，它的使用寿命更长，甚至几年。
这些产品用在各种工艺中，包括平板玻璃和玻璃容器制造业，汽车工业、建筑业、特殊光学和实验室仪器的安全玻璃成形，以及电视和电脑的显象管制造。
