Requirement:
1. Major in Mechanical design and manufacturing, B.S. Degree or above
2. At least 4 Years of related working experience in automobile or mechanical quality field
3. Quality engineer certified is prefer, APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,FMEA knowledge and practiced
4. Team work, learn on job, hard work
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for process and customer quality root causes analysis and corrective actions implement and verify the effectiveness.
2. Develop quality metric reports such as weekly, monthly quality report or other highlighted quality issues
3. Perform process capability studies, through CPK, GR&R, SPC, etc., non-cost of quality, quality metric reporting and reaction plan.
4. Train and enhance employee quality awareness and understanding of quality requirements.
5. Initiate improvement plan to enhance process and customer quality and KPI reached
6. Quick responses to customer quality complaints, prepare 8D reports to customer. Track and manage customer complaints and CAPA closure.
7. Interface with customer for customer portal management, 8D, PPAP, APQP information. Take leader on PPAP preparation.
8. Develop & maintain ODS Quality document, such as FMEA .CP, Inspection sheet; Interface with SQE to solve supplier related quality issues on site
9. Take leader to drive the continuous improvement with related dept. based on key quality issue and Non-quality cost.
10. Any other tasks assigned by Quality Manager
