一. 主要职责描述 Key Service

1. 生产工具设计（设备与工装），主导项目（分析、成本、设计、模拟/测试、实施、改进、决策（内购或外购）、文件编制、控制、建议、完成）
Production tool design (equipment and/or process tools) lead the project (analyzing, costing, designing, simulating/testing, implementing, improving, deciding [internal or outsourcing), documenting, controlling, recommending, closing)
2. 负责崇德中国分公司所有（工艺、机械、基础设施、建筑、安保、工厂、座位安排）图纸（创建、维护、更改、公布、完成、通信、文件编制）
Responsible for all layouts (process-, machine-, infrastructure-, building-, security-, safety-, IT-, seat location layouts) in Schunk China (creating, maintaining, changing, announcing, closing, communicating, documenting)
3. 相关生产部门的营运项目管理—主导项目（项目管理培训、工具、方法），监管项目（管理步骤、状态（时间、质量、成本）、信息（文件，通信））—包括改善、纠正、设计/发展
Operation Project Management (PM) production (related) departments – leading project (set-up/kick-off/managing), support projects (with PM training, PM tools, PM methods) or monitoring projects (PM steps, status [time, quality, costs], information [documentation, communication]) – that includes: improvement actions, corrective actions, design/development actions (according to Efficient Consumer Responds [ECR])
4. 相关生产部门的营运培训和研讨—不断学习精益生产、六西格玛、变革管理、高效客户响应、崇德中国/崇德集团/工艺工程制度（仅仅提供支持—主要由各相关部门负责）
Operation Training & Seminar Center for production (related) departments – sustainable education responsibility in Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, Efficient Consumer Responds (ECR), Schunk China/Schunk-Group/Industry process regulations (as support only – main task for related department responsible)
5. 分析并提升整个产品加工链（订单执行、应用/绘图/工艺工程、计划、原料、生产、包装和运输相关流程/职能（依据性能、信息/文件/标准/流程/通信、安全、保安、培训/技能水平、制度、风险））
Analyze and improve the entire product related process chain (order fulfillment, application/drawing/process engineering, planning, material, production, packing and shipping related processes/functions [according to performance, information/ documentation/standards/flow/communication, safety, security, training/skill level, rules/regulations, risk)
6. 分析并提升产品直接相关的设备（性能、投入、信息/文件/标准、安全、保安、图纸、基础设施、培训/技能水平、实施、流程、风险）
Analyze and improve the direct product related equipment (performance, investment, information/documentation/standards, safety, security, layouts, infrastructure, training/skill level, implementation, processes/flow, risk)
7. 及时完成营运经理分配的其他工作
Perform other duties which are related to the product process chain as assigned on time by OSC Manager.

？ 大学本科以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or above

Majored in Engineering and Business

Good experience for Solid work or AutoCAD
？ 能用流利的英文口语向外籍主管汇报
Good/Excellent Chinese & English skills in writing [documentation/reporting] and speaking [training/presentation]
3. 工作经验 Working Experience
？ 制造业3年以上的工程工作经验
3 years or above engineering experience in manufacturing industry
