职位描述

Engineering background with bachelor degree or above

1.Familiar with stamping, casting

2. Prints understand and explanation.

3. Good knowledge in ISO9001:2008 system, 8D, PFMEA, SPC and quality Process audit, QC 7 tools.

4. Analytical thinking-can make quality control plan according to drawings and process.

1	High frequent travel to supplier site and execute Snap-on SQE process and inspection.
2	Communicate to inte - company customers by English on quality reportings, corrective actions follow up.
3	Can solve and communicate complex quality issue on a timely manner and maintain delivery schedules at supplier site.
4	Train and monitor supplier quality metrics and performance.
5	Perform new sample testing and on going regular order inspection by using designated equipments and methods/english reportings.
6	Use customer quality form like deviation request to solve quality issue, delevop corrective quality actions effectiveness if need.
7	Develop new supplier qualification and annual supplier performance review with sourcing engineering.
8	Conduct supplier process audit and drive continuous improvement for both quality and delivery.
9	Able to work independently for quality plan and inspection criteria.
10	Attend customers quality conference call regularly.
	Perform other responsibility assigned by supervisor. dentification of environment Aspect and prevent pollution Other EHS and 6S issue.
