TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Organize all necessary actions to establish, and work out the quality process document and inspection instruction to improve the quality system.
2 Follow up the effect of corrective and preventive action and Nonconformity analyzing and improving both In-process and the supplier side.
3 Inspect the parts of new project and qualify the FA documents from supplier.
3.1 Have the ability of understanding the drawings in English and notes in English, and good knowledge of form and location tolerance.
3.2Be familiar with the finish treatment of Metal and be able to make some basic estimate to the incoming parts without technical instrument.
4 Do the routine maintenance and calibration for the measuring instrument.
5 Measure the all dimensions of new project in accordance with the drawings and involve the trial run, and work out the quality report.
6 Inspect the incoming parts and finish-goods and work out the inspection documents and train the QC.
7 Communicate with the suppliers, and accurately inform the quality problems to the suppliers and follow the improvement actions from suppliers.
8 Audit the process ability of the supplier.
9 Handing of customer claims on product, deal with customer’s complaints.
PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
Education :
College’s degree or above
Experiences:
At least 5 years working experience in mechanical quality related area,prefer in magnet product.
Professional / Technical competences:
Familiar with QMS ISO9001,ISO 14001.TS16949 will be better.and quality control tools.
Good experience working with MS Office
Personal competences: (Ju currently has the ability below items)
1. Capable to communication with inner and external efficiently.
2. Have the ability of understanding the drawings in English and notes in English, and good knowledge of form and location tolerance.
3. Good skills of using the measuring instruments and can do the routine maintenance and calibration.
4. Have the ability of inspect the new parts independently in accordance with the drawing.
Languages : English in Oral,Writing and Reading.
