工作描述 Job Description
-根据团队业务目标对市场潜在客户进行筛选和跟进;
Filtered and follow up potential customers according to the team business target
-通过电话、EDM以及其他的市场活动挖掘客户需求;
Mining customer demand by telephone, EDM and other marketing activities
-负责潜在客户的开发,推广公司灵活用工服务;
Responsible for the development of potential customers, promote flexible employment service
-根据销售政策,独立开发客户,有效完成公司下达的销售任务;
According to the sales policy, develop customer independently and complete the sales tasks company issued effectively
-客户关系的长期管理和维护,走访客户并接待客户来访;
Customer relationship management and maintenance, visit and receive clients
-负责处理客户有关HR产品的咨询问题以及合同谈判和签订事宜;
Responsible for dealing with consultancy of HR products, contract negotiation and signing
-按照业务目标,制定合理的日常工作进度表,积累自己的客户资源;
Formulate reasonable daily work schedule and accumulate customer resources according to the business goals
-与团队负责人一起参与业务报价、项目计划书编写以及投标等活动
Involve with the team leader in business quotation, project proposal writing and bidding activities
-负责一部分签约客签约后的服务维护工作
Responsible for service maintenance after signing contract
职位要求: Job Requirements
-含本科及以上学历,欢迎应届毕业生应聘,英文读写流利;
? Bachelor degree and above, fluent in reading and written English
-有1年人力资源产品销售经验,培训产品销售、猎头业务等相关工作背景者优先;
? 1yr or above working experience, sales experience of human resources products, training products, and headhunting business is preferred
-沟通能力强、反应速度快、性格乐观、积极;
? Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure and can face to frustration and failure
-良好的商业素养以及人际沟通技巧;须具备抗压性与自我激励能力;
? Quick learner, good customer communication skills and easy going person
-熟悉人力资源服务(培训产品、在线招聘产品、猎头业务)行业优先;
?Familiar with human resources services, including training products, online recruitment, headhunting business is preferred
