职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Check and key in order in SAP system;
2. Key in Sales Orders correctly;
3. Audit orders and credits to make sure all of these is in term of company's related regulation;
4. Track order and good delivery, answer questions about orders and delivery patiently;
5. Ensure invoices printed correctly, including pricing, terms of payment, customer information, etc;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree;
2. At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG companies;
3. Familiar with Order System/ Customer Service and Logistic System;
4. Good Communication Skill;
5. Patient; Carefulness & Accountability.
