Job Requirement 职位要求 | - At least two years of successful sales experience in Systems Certification, Consultancy, Assessment and/or Inspection (E.g. QMS (ISO9001), EMS (ISO14001), OHSAS 18001, Carbon footprint/inventory, Energy Management, Energy efficiency, LEED etc.) 拥有体系认证、咨询、评估及/或检验等(例如QMS (ISO9001), EMS (ISO14001), OHSAS 18001等标准；了解温室气体盘查、碳足迹、能源/能效管理、绿色建筑等;) 领域两年以上成功销售经历 - Verbal & written communication skills – highly developed presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior management of organizations 口头和书面沟通能力--具有熟练的演讲技巧，并能与公司高级管理层有效协作 - Good business sense and communication skills to manage the existing customer base and develop new sales chances 敏锐的商业嗅觉和良好的沟通技巧，能够管理现有客户群并能开发新的销售机会 - Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to work under pressure 具有创业精神，能承受工作压力 - Analytical, strategic skills and global business knowledge to achieve goals 具备实现目标的分析、战略能力和全球视野 - Knowledge of local culture and business practices 熟知当地文化及商业惯例 - Own car and driver license 有轿车和驾照 |
