Main Job Duties:
- To provide a full spectrum of HR recruiting services to R&D center
Required Knowledge:
1. Primary focus is sourcing, screening, closing, and on-boarding technical engineering
2. Responsible for process improvement leadership and program support for all levels of human resource initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business community organizations and networking groups to source top engineering talent.
4. Optimize on-line recruiting resources and in-house database to identify and recruit the very best candidate.
5. Partners with hiring managers to scope job requirements in order to gain a solid understanding of the skills and educational requirements, as well as to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific requirements.
Required Experience:
1. 3 or more years of recent, hands on experience in Recruiting responsibilities.
2. Excellent in both oral and written English.
3. Effective interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in all aspects of Human Resources, specializing in Recruiting.
