职位描述
Requirements：
1. College degree or above with major in mechanism, electric or related
2. Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Quality environment utilizing knowledge of prototype product development of products in accordance with customer requirements. (AIAG)
3. Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 requirements
4. Demonstrated experience working with customers
5. Must be an assertive team player.
6. In Depth SPC knowledge
7. Blue print reading and GD&T knowledge
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Experience in Auto industry is preferred
Responsibility：
1. Maintain good working relationships with customers.
2. Ensure PPAP documentation on every part and maintains in an organized fashion.
3. Schedule priorities on parts to be done within timelines.
4. Ensure accurate and complete control plans and process procedures.
5. Keep as confidential all information pertaining to customer prototype requirements.
6. Ensure all customers’ PPAP’s are current.
7. Timely PPAP submissions.
8. Take measurements of parts.
9. Create and maintain customer PPAP.
10. Feedback to vendors and engineering with results of data: ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed up.
11. Team member in creation of PFMEA.
12. Take part in quality training functions as required.
13. Monitor Customer 8D’s
14. Customer Representative with responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are addressed. This includes selection of special characteristics, setting quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventive actions, product design and development.
15. Adhering and implementing the ISO/TS 16949 procedures.
16. Checking fixtures are to be designed and prepared timely.
17. Summary in-process quality periodly and drive root cause and corrective action internally.
18. Draft OQR Ffor new programs and train inspector to be qualified
19. Ensure all gauges are qualified and used within effective period.
