职位描述
？ Sales Manager
1. Pre-contract activity, prepare calculation and offer for projects, attending contract negotiation, support project manager in the execution phase where necessary, regularly reporting to senior/top management
2. searching/gathering market information and follow up by own initiative
3. holding tight and liable relationship with the customers and partners
4. cooperate with another business units or functions
5. familiar with sales tools for offering e.g. SAP, PLUPs etc.
6. prepare offer documents including translation, organize and attending contract negotiation
7. make and update sales report on project base
8. make sales report on monthly base
9. reporting to the Teamleader of Sales
？ Requirements:
1. University or above, mechanical engineering background
2. Good knowledge about Chinese and Foreign mechanical market
3. Long years working experience with technical background for train or system
4. Familiar in Excel, PowerPoint and quick learning another IT Tools e.g. SAP
5. Knowing Chinese policy and government regulation i.p. for Main Line construction
