职位描述

工作描述:
- Position Description
- Responsible for business development of new business opportunity and/or maintenance business within Shandong province.
- Assist manager to develop departmental annual sales plan; internal daily management and team building.
- Responsible for collecting market information, understand the competitive dynamics, analysis of market trends, and develop marketing strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for completing sales project activities, including but not limit to company & product presentation, prepare project bidding document, commercial contract preparation, costing and pricing formulation, and negotiation.
- Responsible for customer management. To visit customer regularly and keep awareness of customer needs, maintaining a good relationship with customers.
- Responsible for project execution and conduction, ensure contract payment and solve problems in contract execution to ensure the contract completion
职位要求:
- Qualification Requirements
- Above 5 years’ sales experience, familiar with Asahi industry will be a great advantage but not compulsory.
- Good team player with strong execution and organizing capability.
- Mature and easy going personality
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Multi skill handling, able to work under pressure.
- Frequent travel required (including overseas).
- Experienced user of MS WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc. software/applications
- Fluent in English. (If the sales skills are strong, lower English level can be accepted)
Identified Advantages
- Working experience in manufactory industry.
- Experience in business development for a newly start company.
- Fluent English level
- Familiar with Alkali industry (Not ‘must-have’)
