Job description

- To manage and support the various business control activities such as forecasting, budget control and mid range plans
- Perform variance analysis, Sales Walk, Margin Walk to track team performances
- Collect and validate monthly/quarterly forecast, perform variance analysis
- Support Annual business planning, keep track of all changes and narratives; perform variance analysis
- To actively interact with business groups, and analyze/evaluate financial data from multiple sources for supporting the management-decision
- To recommend the process improvements and the execution. Actively involve into ad-hoc projects such as data validation and investment plan.


Job requirements:

- The Bachelor Degree or above with major in Business/Finance/Accounting with at least eight year related working experience in those fields.
- Good Command of Excel and PowerPoint for data compilation and Report preparation
- 5+ years' working experience with 2+ years in FP&A or Business Analysis;
- A strong team leader, with high level of integrity;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good team working spirit, involvement and willing to work under pressure
- Good and smart analytic capability, good sense towards the numbers with creative thinking
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with PRC accounting standards and US GAAP
