Title: Technical Recruiter

Reports to: Recruiting Head

Location: Beijing

Roles and Responsibilities:



- Full cycle recruiter for technical positions;

- To establish, improve and update the technical talent pool by sourcing top technical professionals through various sourcing channels;

- Evaluate technical candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements;

- Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process;

- Work on hiring status report on regular basis;

- Other daily recruiting-related jobs.



Qualifications:



- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with 1+ years agency recruiting preferred

- Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced and empowered environment

- Extensive experience recruiting technical talent in a wide variety of openings ranging from Product/Program Engineering/Developers.

- Must have experience with direct sourcing, networking, social networking, and internet recruiting

- Must have Client-Facing experience with hiring managers

- Self motivated and driven to succeed

- Able to work with minimal supervision

- Passion and commitment to developing leading edge technology, working hard and having fun in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

- Exceptional judge of talent

- Must be organized with a great attention to detail

- Must be able to Multi-task
