Retail Management Director
Responsibilities:
? Manage a full P&L, including planning, forecasting and driving sales and profitability for relevant business.
? Development and execution of merchandising, marketing and promotional strategy.
? Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews and develop annual business plans
? Collaborate with cross functional teams on systems and processes improvement initiatives to support business needs.
? Manage the key business inputs of selection, pricing/promotion, and availability to achieve our sales and margin targets
? Passionately advocate for the customers and category within LightInTheBox
? Integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision making
? Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects & partner relationships - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
Qualifications:
? Familiar with any category of them (LED & Flashlights, Electronic Accessories , Cameras & Photo Accessories, Computer Accessories, Video Game Accessories, Batteries & Chargers)
? This position requires a minimum of a BA/BS in a quantitatively-oriented field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics from a top academic program.
? Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities with small and large vendor partners.
? 3~5 years of experience in hiring and managing a team
? Strong ownership, attention to details, result-oriented, and a business curiosity/strategic viewpoint.
? This role is required high level of integrity and upward leadership as a role model for entire team.
? Proven verbal and written English skills preferred
? MBA with relevant business experience (eCommerce, Retail, etc.) preferred
? E-commerce, distributor, manufacturer, and/or retail experience preferred.
