职位描述：
· Identifying potential customers, setting up meetings and introducing the company to the potential customers and following up to understand new customers needs/business opportunities.
· Manage overall sales process, establish quotations, negotiate proposals and contracts
· Provides day-to-day contact with the customer and determines customer needs
· Prospect new opportunities inside new and existing customers of similar makeup (both OEM & Suppliers)
· Support to set up the operation during start up.
· Responsible for retrieving Voice Of Customer
· Follow up current customer service situation/maintain current customer relationship.
· Coordinate with operations to ensure services sold are performed as planned during start up.
· Ensure customer abides by agreements and remains in good standing
· Promote value added results, company performance and services
· Debt collection
· Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
任职要求：
· Spoken and written language in English and Mandarin
· 2 years sales roles
· General knowledge of hand gaging (calipers, micrometers, thread plugs, etc.).
· General knowledge of manufacturing practices (casting, machining, drilling, tapping, welding, painting, etc.). Hands on experience a plus.
· Strong business analysis skills/communication skill.
· Automotive background is preferred.
