职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Support the new assignees on-board process and the leavers exit process
- Co-ordinate expatriate immigration & relocation arrangement aligned with country regulation as well as company policy.
- Provide HR consulting service for assignees whenever there is query concerns their C&B and company policy.
- Provide monthly payroll change report to Payroll Center as well as other regular expat related reports.
- Maintain Expat related database such as home leave, apartment, immigration and school payment etc.
- In charge of expat related payments such as housing rental, tuition, etc. and validate expat assignment related expense claim according to company policy.
- Provide expat assignment related cost/budget plan upon HR BP’s request.
- Maintain the assignees personnel files.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR Operation or Expats Management Operation.
- Good knowledge of government and company rules and regulations
- At least three years of experience in a similar position
- Skilled in Word, Excel, PPT and Lotus Notes.
- Good English both in written and oral
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Efficient and can work under pressure
- Confident and quick learner, sense of urgency
