Job Responsibilities:
? Identify and target new business with new customers. Understand the capabilities and business strategies of current supply partners.
? Work closely with packaging team to ensure customer needs are met.
? Develop customer base to ensure long term margins are maximized and new customers are explored. Provide field tours to customers. Extend service after sale in all aspects. Review programs with customers. Pursue new business opportunities.
? Clearly articulates team’s needs to senior management and major internal and external supporting organizations. Assists in the development and identification of training programs to meet the needs of the employees.
? Assist finance department for collections in exception cases. Work to ensure prompt payment or collections whenever needed.
? Expand the volume of business with existing customers through direct sales to their OEMs
? Ensure claims and complaints are processed quickly with good business quality.
? Understand the supply / demand balance, market pricing, competitive activity, cost to serve and sales channels. Develop a process for communicating information to larger organizations and update supply partners on a regular basis.
? Negotiate sales contracts, terms and pricing.
? Work closely with internal managers to insure a coordinated process from order to delivery.
? Develop and execute a strategy for top line sales growth, prioritize targets, and a common methodology to achieve goals.
? Develop marketing presentations in local languages and diversify business as market situation permits.
? Implement new projects and programs with local teams relating to sourcing, logistics, and technical issues. Help finalize business terms with internal and external sides. Ensure customer understands business processes.
? Assist the packaging development team to interface with customers where appropriate. Coordinate internal party and vendors.
? Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
? College graduate or above with 5 – 7 years of direct sales experience with experience managing and leading diverse teams including personnel development and mentoring.
? Profound experience and knowledge in packages and sales
? Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
? Well versed in office PC software, especially excel and PowerPoint
? Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
? Well organized, dedicated, self-motivated and mature
