Key
responsibilities:

Testing
process control:

- Be responsible for quality criteria like first pass yeild, especial on system
testing, Monitor and analyze the performance and take actions to eliminate
process deviation.

- Adjust and optimize equipment parameters and programs with communication to
CV IE and RD to keep good condition of equipments.

- Make clear work instructions for handling of equipments and products.

- Provide adequate training to subordinates and production operators.

- Be sensitive to quality, be response to quality issue quickly and take quick
actions to eliminate problems.

- Take production tour to find existing or potential process deviation and take
actions.

- Use advanced quality and process tools like FEMA, SPC, MSA to improve process
capability

Testing
equipment management:

- Plan and implement reinforcement of equipment and toolings in time according
to production demands.

- Plan maintenance properly for equipments and toolings.

- Prepare enough spare parts and emergency solutions for possible malfunction
of equipments.

- Do complex troubleshooting and repair on malfunctioned equipments and tools
and take preventive, predictive and error-proofing actions to avoid duplicated
malfunction

Testing
relevant improvment:

- Initiate ideas, proposals, solutions on coninuous improvement regarding
efficiency, cost-down, quality improvement, and so on.

- Take active role in testing relevant acitivities and projects.

Testing
team cooperation:

- Work in normal shift to provide technical support to testing team

Other
tasks assigned by supervisor, for example:

- Help in other engineering areas, e.g. failure analysis, change request
implementation, new product transfer.

- Take part in improving projects.

- Work as substitute during absence of other colleague

Requirements:

Bechalor
Degree in electronics or related engineering background

Good
Knowledge of electronics and Testing
programming

More than 5
years in charge of testing process of electronic device manufacturing

More than 3
years engineering support experience in power supplier
testing

knowledge on
power supplies principle, and experience in ICT, AOI, or Hi-poit is desirable.

Good English
command in both oral and written

Good at
planning, organisation and cooperation
