Responsibilities
？ In charge of sourcing, quotation and tracking of R&D test equipments and jigs.
？ During the product development, source and develop 3rd party labs. Sign the testing contract with qualified labs and track the testing schedule accordingly. Conduct regular maintenance and evaluation to support project firmly.
？ Find the right suppliers according to design concept or requirement.
？ Be responsible for the engineering prototype purchasing activities which include quoting, price negotiating, ordering, tracking and qualifying.
？ Source and develop the suppliers for engineering prototype during product development phase, build up and maintain good co-work relationship with suppliers, be responsible for the agreement/contract if any and make sure it’s implemented.
？ Participate product development, organize the technical review meeting between engineers and the suppliers.
？ Be responsible for NPI project on sourcing function. Coordinate between R&D team and Sourcing team as a window person of Sourcing.
？ Be responsible for price negotiating of the new components and to reach the project cost target.
？ Take initiatives in FAI period with R&D, SQE and QA
Competency
？ Be familiar with the product cost control and purchasing management
？ Good team player and co-worker
？ Minimum Qualifications: bachelor or above, major in mechanics
？ Above 7-8 years relevant working experiences in multinational companies, senior level
？ Experiences in NPI project is needed
？ Good English level
？ Project management know-how is a plus
