1. Work directly with the Engineering Manager using the New Product Development Process to develop new products as directed.
服从工程经理的指挥，并参与开发新产品。
2. Work with Hatco sales and marketing departments to create and submit detailed product specifications to Hatco sales and engineering management for approval.
与工程经理一起为销售和市场部门提供专业的技术支持。
3. Provide purchasing manager with approved drawings for parts souring.
为采购提供需变更的零件图纸。
4. Coordinate approvals and certifications (UL, NSF, CUL, CE,CCC, etc) for new products produced in Asia in conjunction with Hatco’s US based Standard’s Engineer.
与美国工程师一起完成在亚洲的新产品(UL, NSF, CUL, CE,CCC, etc)

5. Work with Asian factory engineers to make sure all quality and performance specifications are met as early as possible in the product development cycle.

6. Work with Hatco engineering to create test procedures for new components and finished products. Perform all tests recommended by Hatco Engineering management.
与工程团队一起完成新产品的测试工作。
7. Conduct weekly meetings with Asian team members, US team members, and Engineering management to provide status updates and to assure deadlines are met.
与亚洲团队一起参加每周与美国团队的适时更新会议。
8. Perform other related duties as requested by engineering management.
