Job description
1. Make sure that all Coating equipments are in good condition to meet the product and quality requirements.
Make and implement equipment PM plan.
Driving product quality improvement. Solve production failures and process and equipment relative issues. Driving continue improvement；
2. Make sure the Coating equipments meet production requirement (capacity, efficiency)；
3. Coating process control；
4. Perform DFM review and design rule review for new project products for Coating；
5. New products, new process, new equipment introduction (evaluation, implement, setup) for Coating；
6. The relative documents (including program, WI etc.)draft out and；
7. Provide daily support and resolving equipment and process problems and lead technician fast analysis, judge and close issues from production；
8. Lead technician to continue improvements for Coating (quality, downtime, efficiency)；
9. Training the technicians and operators to improve skills；
10. Know PVA series machine first.

1. major in electronic, automation；
2. To have rich Coating equipment experience；
3. To have rich Coating process experience；
4. At least 5 years’ work experience；
5. Strong sense of responsibility；
6. Ability of analysis；
7. Communication skills；
8. Team work；
9. Willingness to learn and develop.
