Essential Functions:

Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

1.In charge all kind of reliability test, including device, process and package level reliability test;
2.IC failure analysis, including EFA (electrical failure analysis) and PFA (physical failure analysis);
3.All kind of RMA related issue;

4.Others.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative, but not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1.College above with engineering degree.

2.At least 2+years quality assurance experience in the semiconductor is better.

3.Good communication with all suppliers/departments.

4.Well known about IC assembly and testing process.

5.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
