Job Summary
To supervise the construction site, and complete the project
Key Responsibility Area
To supervise the work quality on site including necessary measuring, monitoring and so on;
To supervise the safety, and the civilization work on site;
To supervise the progress, and check the work quantities monthly in order to organize the payment;
To do the daily work record including construction content, progress, weather, labors, machineries and so on;
To coordinate the works between contractors and nominated-subcontractors;
To do the commissioning after the installation;
Other works assigned by project manager;
Experience/Knowledge Required
Over five years site M&E engineer experience
Bachelor degree or above
Other Requirements
Team work, and good communication capability
