1) Diploma Degree or above;
2) More than 3 years in Quality Assurance or related functional area in ISO regulated environment or equivalent; At least 3 years experiences in customer quality management is a plus.
3) Must be able to generate, follow, and explain detailed instructions and procedures.
4) Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately.
5) Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
6) Good auditing skills.
7) Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
8) Basic PC skills.

Job Responsibilites:

1) Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards/procedures to support manufacturing activities. Making sure the ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirements are implemented correctly and followed strictly.
2) Be responsible for monitoring the laws and regulations as well as its update. Provide guidance and training on Quality Assurance/ISO9001/ISO14001 related topics.
3) Set up local Quality system and implement all quality requirements. Conduct monitoring and trend analysis for Quality System implementation.
4) Organize and support Internal and External audits. And follow up the finding and report with result.
5) Be responsible for management and maintenance of the quality documents and records.
6) Lead customer complaint investigation. Be the contact window to customers to ensure for customer complaints and feedbacks are analyzed, investigated and root cause addressed and all the quality problems resolved.
7) Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible entities and superior are informed.
8) Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.
9) Be the Process owner for QS based on authorization.
10) Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.
