Principle responsibilities:

1. Achieve/support company and department KPIs’ target for own commodity materials and vendors.

2. In charge of the own sub-commodity strategic development and improvement. Holding periodical review meeting for the status update, strategic target and development plan.

3. Optimize and improve vendor pool based on variance brand materials globally, including localization and alternative supplier base development

4. Lead vendor management activity for related vendors

5. Keeping seeking any potential cost saving opportunity among the routine tasks.

6. Digest and release drawing or spec. to supplier for quotation, and negotiate price with supplier for the cost effectiveness and competitiveness with TCO model.

7. Interface with NPI for new project quotation, transfer or localization and alternative solution.

8. Lead material new RFQ project and alternative replacement project with cross functions

9. Maintain price and commercial terms into Axapta. Keep review and update the trade agreement validity of own commodity parts.

10. Other tasks assigned by direct report manager

Qualification and Experience

1 Bachelor degree major in Electronics Engineering or related.

2 At least three years practical experience within electronics industry.

3 Good understanding and rich knowledge on Electronics commodity and sourcing channel.

4 Good at both spoken and written English.
