KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要工作职责
- Check the execution of EHS policies and procedures; implement corrective/preventive measures in order to comply with EHS regulations and achieve required EHS incidents reduction rate.
- 检查EHS方针和程序的执行；贯彻纠正/预防措施确保符合EHS法律法规要求，达成EHS事故指标
- Ensure EHS procedures are fully implemented and are in line with corporate and local regulations on Occupational health and safety issue. Cooperate with government related department to achieve all the requirements.
- 确保所有EHS程序完全依照公司要求和地方法律法规要求执行
- Implement EHS Tools, such as machine guarding, ergonomics etc.
- 贯彻EHS工具，如机械安全防护装置，人机工程学等
- Conduct EHS related training activities in order to enhance employees’ EHS sense.
- 执行EHS相关的培训从而提高员工的环境和安全意识
- Develop and monitor the implementation of the internal EHS system and process audit plan.
- 制定和监控内部EHS体系和过程审核计划的执行
- Drive the implementation of corrective actions from audit findings.
- 推动审核发现的纠正措施的执行
- Lead the investigation of Health &Safety accidents/incidents and Environment Events, and follow up the implementation of the corrective actions.
- 主导EHS事件/事故的调查，并追踪纠正措施的执行



KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 任职资格要求:
- College degree and above, 2 Years working experiences in EHS
- 大专以上学历，2年以上EHS相关工作经验
- Solid experience in equipment safety, EHS on-site management, emergency management, incident investigation
- 懂设备安全，EHS现场管理，应急管理，事故调查
- Familiar with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001management system.
- 熟悉ISO14001,OHSAS 18001管理体系
