Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major of Mechanical engineering;
2. Minimum 5 years overall professional experience in foreign investment company and at least 3 years at purchasing area.
3. Familiar with commodity's manufacture, such as casting/ machining/ gear/plastics/forgin...
4. Cost sense and cost saving？
5. Good English capability in both oral and written.
6. Has the common knowledge of ISO9000, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001.
7. Good computer skill and Experienced in ERP/ MRP system.
8. Perform as highest standards of group legal and ethical conduct
9. Take responsibility with pleasure and dedicate for company.
10. Willing to travel.
11. Be able to manage incoming stress from HQ.
12. Strong character and strong communication/negociation capability with team and suppliers.
13. Hard working and good team work spirit

Work responsibility:
1. Ensures MRP correct running due to correct system settings
2. Order expediting and make delivery confirmation in advance
3. Cooperate with SQE team for supplier audit.
4. Monitor and improvement of suppliers delivery/quality/service performance to reach company target
5. Communicate with vendors to resolve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies with SQE. Respond to escalated enquiries;
6. Follow inventory variety status, timely control and monitor with warehouse people and know well it
7. Meet the cost saving target for certain commodities
8. Support supplier to improve the productivity in order to reduce the cost
9. Collecting valuable information from supplier side to ensure good cooperation with supplier
10. Do Material Analysis of projects to optimal MRP and order scheduling
11. If necessary, visit critical suppliers to understand the capacity or delivery problem to find solution and support supplier for Min. qty to ensure production at least for short-term
12. Supplier payment application.
13. Other assignment by manager.
