Key responsibilities
You will report to the Manager of Procurement’s Business Development located in Copenhagen, Denmark, and you will work closely with Key Internal Stakeholders globally:
? Ensure monthly reporting is accurate and on time
? Manage and develop our savings tracking tool in Excel/Access
? Develop and Manage a contract database in Sharepoint / Access
The key element here is correct reporting and being on time. Within these objectives you will be given a high degree of freedom to structure your work tasks. You will be a liaison between our Chinese sites and Head Quarter in Denmark in Procurement tool issues. The ideal candidate will have:
? Understanding of Strategic Procurement
? Very strong skills in Excel and Access and good knowledge of Array-formulas and VBA codes.
? Very good English skills both written and verbal
? Sharp mind for logical thinking
? Good intuition of numbers and expected results
The data comes from many different sources and Stakeholders, therefore some basic project management skills is preferred, but not a requirement.
Between the monthly reporting, your responsibilities will be:
? Develop new or optimize existing tools and reports
? Training/assisting Procurement organization in the use of our tools
? Ad hoc analysis
The current reporting tools are not fully developed and you will be a key player in helping us making improvements as well as participate actively in developing new tools.
Background and Experience
You probably hold a Master degree in either economics or engineering. Alternatively you have a long proven track record working with analysis, Excel and SAP.
You have excellent skills in MS office suite – Excel in particular, and you have some experience with SAP and databases (preferably Access).
You take responsibility of your tasks and searching for better ways of doing things lies in your DNA.
