职位描述
Customer Relations & Service Coordinator is an individual, who provides administrative support functions to the management. Coordinator strives hard to provide the best professional, high-level customer service for the customers of the organization. They assist in developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for the organization.
1.Interacts and develops rapport with both internal and external customers and the appropriate internal departments, providing them with information on products, accounts and services.
2.Responding to service calls from clients or customers and dispatching a particular query to the relevant departments.
3.Resolving and handling customer grievances and complaints or special orders.
4.Gathering and processing orders, providing important information regarding any change in goods and services and shipping.
5.Investigating and rectifying errors and following the company’s policies in this case.
6.Quizzing customers for acquiring information as well as explaining the available services.
7.Coordinating the service requirements of customers with the appropriate departments as necessary for ensuring effective customer service.
8.Answering the questions of customers regarding products or services.
9.Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
10.Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
11.Referring complaints of service or product failure or errors to appropriate personnel for investigation.
12.Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Manager of customer service.
13.Acts as the gatekeeper for and the face of the company.
14.Resolves customer complaints or escalates complaints to supervisors or managers.
15.Assists customers with special orders or shipping requirements.
16.Recommends solutions when a customer is dissatisfied.
17.Consults with the customer service manager on challenging phone calls to make sure the best possible service is delivered to the customer.
18.Serve as liaison to Customers to develop systems solutions to support logistics programs, including Direct Fulfillment.
19.Responsible for internal communications and presentations related to key performance metrics, program updates and on-going program information.
20.Consults with assigned clients to understand their distribution networks and determines the logistics resources required to support technical requirements.
21.Works in conjunction with various parties such as customer service to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term customer relationships.
