Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:
- Assist in the company’s research & development strategy, map out long-term research plan.
- Assist in managing company's overall core technology, organize and implement major technical decisions, technical research and plan,
- Assist in establishing technology management policies and standards.
- Analyze technology & quality, formulating preventive and corrective actions.
- Responsible for the company's technical process, development and innovation of high-tech products, continuous improvement of products.
- Responsible for the organization of Projects related to biomarker research.
- Developing and executing experiments in a molecular biology laboratory.

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:
- Doctor's and Master`s, major in Life Sciences, proficient in professional knowledge and technology in molecular field.
- Study abroad or oversea work experience.
- Preferably a minimum 5 years working experience in large multinational companies.
- Preferably more than 8 years working experience in related research, more than 5 years working experience in Biomarker scientific research management.
- Familiar with the related operation process of biological laboratory, skilled for using instruments & data analysis; drive to organize & implement research and experiment of the new project.
- Have strong data & logic analysis ability.
- Skillful communication and presentation ability (English and Mandarin).
