Key Responsibilities

· Work independently on HVAC design using Bentley Building Mechanical System (BBMS)

· Develop HVAC design drawings base on 2D extracts from BBMS

· Work with designers in other disciplines to coordinate overall design and technical requirement

Personal Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor degree;

· Over 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Architecture industry

· Over 3 years’ experience with AutoCAD and MS Office

· Over 3 years’ experience in providing detailed project drawings - including plan & elevation drawings

· Experience on Revit or Bentley BIM (including Bentley Architecture, BBMS, or AECO SIM) is preferred

· Understand inter-discipline coordination requirements with various disciplines to collaborate on design in designated areas

· Hard working and a team player

· Ability to work well under stress and time pressure

· Workable English and Chinese skill

· Able to accept local package
