职位描述

Experience:Total working experience of 5 years in the field of Customer Service or Supply Chain. Knowledge of manufacturing operations is desirable.
Skill:Good verbal and written communication skills

Special Requirement:
1.Good in Application of Microsoft Excel.
2.Experience in Oracle or any ERP system is added advantage.
3.Able to travel whenever is required.


Summary Description
1.Support and act as single point of contact for customers in China. Fully responsible for ensuring efficient, high quality and personalized customer service through processing orders and assisting customers with special requests.
2.Supports and maintains consignment programs to protect both customers and company interests. Continue to develop good and professional relationship with customers through forecast and planning collaboration.
3.With sufficient knowledge of Oracle, Customer Service Policies and ISO requirements, ensures accuracy of order management.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1.Enters orders and amendments orders into the Knowles’ ERP System. Prints and proof read order acknowledgments and sends them to customers.
2.Responsible for the resolution of rescheduling and/or rerouting of product, shipping problems and/or delays, returned goods and pricing issues.
3.Assists Sales & Marketing personnel with order information and reports as needed.
4.Assists Sales & Marketing in maintaining sufficient safety stock for KS product samples.
5.Assists in organizing marketing communications activities.
6.Require in depth understanding of the customer systems to retrieve the necessary information such as customer forecast/demand, usage and inventory status.
7.Holistic analysis of customer demand, based on forecast data and statistics.
Apply ad-hoc knowledge and experience (seasonality trend, fiscal year and quarter end dates) to learn how it affects customer’s actual consumption.
8.Understanding of Supply Chain ATP (Available to Promise) logic and ability to work with customers to synchronize supply chains. (E.g. Work with customers to align expectations for lead times)
9.Ensure high data accuracy in Oracle, such as (but not limited to):
a.Purchase Orders an Sales Orders, example CRD and SSD
b.Consumption sales orders
c.Consignment Billing Projections
d.Min Max and DOS maintenance
e.Customer Profile (Such as name, address, payment terms etc) in System
f.3rd Party Denial Screening
g.Hub Inventory accuracy via bi-weekly report reconciliation and yearly PI Count
h.Maintain accurate feedback in Customers system where applicable
10.Require understanding on customer contract which related to supply chain.
11.Attend and involve actively in customer meeting from Global Order Fulfilment Perspectives
12.Timely escalation to superior on any Customer Potential Line Down issues.
13.Responsible for office administration
14.Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
