Duties:
1. Work in cooperation with relocation team (Account Manager, Immigration Consultant, Relocation Specialist) to provide quality service to assigned corporate clients.
2. Conduct all Santa Fe home-searches, orientation, school search, settling in lease renewal and departure programs, visa application and renewal as per authorization and scope of work in Suzhou and surrounding cities, as required.
3. Co-ordinate the payment of housing deposits, security deposits and other related fees. Co-ordinate the property hand-over/hand-back and ensure that all works are completed as agreed in the contract prior to the move-in/move-out date.
4. Be prepared to work during evening hours and on weekends, if required.

Requirements:
5. College or bachelor degree, Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
6. Minimum 2~3 years relocation and/or real estate experience
7. Independent, hardworking, multi-task handler, good problem solving skills and negotiation skill.
