1. Drive and plan actual testing at SWEP laboratory
   according to existing test priority.

根据现有的测试优先原则推动策划舒瑞普实验室的测试。

2. Contribute to the planning and evaluation of test
   set-up at customers/external sites.

致力于客户/外部测试基站建立的策划和评估。

3. In consultation with superior management drive HTR strategies
   for test facilities in-house and at external sites.

与上级管理层磋商，推动内外基站测试设备的HTR策略。

4. Ensure measurement quality, test methods and
   collecting of test data at SWEP laboratory as well as at external facilities.
   

保证舒瑞普内部实验室及外部机构的测量质量和测量方法，并且收集测试数据。

5. Contribute to the development of methods to
   enhance test rig capability and test data accuracy.

6. Contribute to purchasing of laboratory equipment
   and components for test rigs

7. Follow existing standard works related to the
   laboratory.

   standard works and laboratory related work.

9. Follow existing safety regulation and take
   precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
