Job Requirement

a.Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
b.Five years minimum experience in BG & dicing Engineering in semiconductor Assembly House. The thin wafer /die & flip chip experience take priority of other.
c.Know DA station machine and process is better.
d.Requires a self-motivated individual that has the ability to manage improver project.
e.Self-learning capability.
f.Problem solving, innovation Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment and machinery with the objective of achieving equipment and machinery functions reliability and operation efficiency within company operation process.
g.Ability to clearly and concisely analyze then complete 8D report.

Job Description

a.Continues to improve product quality, efficiency, machine stable and reduce cost.
b.Leads a team of group leaders and technician perform quickly analyze machine issue and solve problem (Quickly repairs and replaces parts on assembly line) then analyze part fail reason, creating preventable action and complete repair report.
c.Conduct new equipment sourcing and prepare purchase specification measurement; finish the buy off and accept the training delivered by vendors; conduct installation of new equipment and adjustment; prepare working instruction and deliver training to technician
in order to ensure the team understands all new equipment sufficiently to conduct future maintenance.
d.Enhance machine stable, at the same time carry out EHS policy to ensure the compliance with state regulations.
e.Conduct the space part.
f.Prepare the machine guarding for key equipment; and develop safety procedures to improve the operation protection in order to reduce/avoid accident occurrence.
