Education:
College degree or above, major in polymer chemistry.
Knowledge and Experience: No working experiences is welcome.

Lauguage skill: English speaking & writing better is preferrable.
Strong communication must.

JD:

You will search (internet, books, suppliers…) documents and papers related to the technical investigations where the trainee is involved with the help of R&D Technician.

Preparation of samples and follow-up pilot and scale-up production batches of Coatings and Resins for flexible substrates. The samples can be related to new product investigation (adjustment to properties required by market), replacement of raw materials, adjustment and investigation of production and quality problems, technical assistance to customer complaints and in general any kind of technical support to business or operations.

You must speak English to a conversational level and should be able to understand technical english.

You will be under the spervission of an experimented R&D Technician who will explain to you the target of the tests carried out in the lab, its theoretical fundament and the results analysis.
