Minimum Requirements:

1.3 years above experience in logistic.
2. above college degree
3. Good sense of responsibility and excellent skill in office software operation
4. Excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit.
5. Good English communication skills (both verbal and written.)

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Arrange the shipment to each shop in Chinese mainland according to the project schedule
2. Arrange the export booking according to the project schedule.
3. Prepare the related customs documents for export cargos, include CIQ etc.
4. Arrange the customs clearance for import materials.
5. Communication and coordination with logistic department and export Asia in Inditex Shanghai.
6. To do all admin tasks in order to make and develop all the logistic functions, such as confirm the pickup date and ETA, fill the information into the Camano’s system, confirm which forwarder we can use, prepare export document to them.( ITX’s appointed forwarder including: United-win, Uni-top, Qi bang, Kerry-eas, United-win, Karl gross, Dam co, Paneling, Scanwell)…this point included
