Job requirements:

1. Standard cost calculation and verification.
2. Monthly (financial) business analysis for core segments/PoE:sales development,price development,

product mix effects.
3. (financial) KPI development
4. Profitability analyses
5. Reports to Sales teams
6. Continuous improvement of existing internal reporting
7. Deviation analysis actual vs. standard cost
8. Analysis of Working Capital development and support of measures
9. Investment payback calculation
10.Cost center controlling
11.Creating transparency and following up of allocation keys for production management
12.Ensures correct cost allocation for costs and orders, especially for product line 250 and project business
13.Special projects and analyses

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or related
2. Above 5 years experience in similar position .Strong accounting professional skills, including cost,
accounting，reporting and etc.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Pro-active, open-minded and willing to grow with company
5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
