Policy & Procedures

Support and update the implementation of CLC lean’s policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure the working guidelines and direction for the lean team members.

Project Preparation

(i) Participate and consultant on technical skills for operation advantage projects (incl. 5S+1, VSM, Visual Facility, Standard Work, QCPC, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing, Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, 3P, VOC,etc);
(ii) Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of key project plans;
(iii) Involve in the key projects and provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources to resolve project issues

Operation Standardization

Supervise the accomplishment of the operational standardization work; and give suggestion on the deployment of the project the project achievement in order to achieve a durable deployment of project achievements.

Project Diagnosis

Support to collect company sources and provide technical suggestions to the project diagnosis reports in order to ensure the diagnosis accuracy

Education Level

Bachelor and above. Industrial Engineering or related

工作经验

Work experience

3-5 years’ experience; Proven record of lean or 6Sigma implementation within a recognizable organization; Industrial Engineering experience is preferred; Logistics experience is preferred.

Proven ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization; Excellent project management skills; Excellent English communication skills both written and oral; Can make quick and wise decisions in a stressed environment with limited resources; High potential to become senior leaders.
